8. No, the extent to which this happened and the fact that it occured
overnight, leads me to believe it's no accident. It has me worried.

2. No, they're just pissed
at the lack of access they've had to Palin, is all. It'll be a little bit of some journalism, followed by a retreat to toeing the line, just like Katrina.

4. I think they're a little pissed at McLame
they've given him and his campaign all this free air time for his assholic attack ads and then during the convention they pull out the ol' Librul Media lie. Kind of surprising as McDouche called the media his base not that long ago and held a fricking bbq for them at one of his many houses.

5. Could Be That The Idea Of False-Balance Has Been Kicked To The Curb.
How many lies can you listen to until you call someone on it?

7. I've got a weak theory about what might be going on.

Here it is.

The real powers that promote the Republican candidates are the corporations that have one goal which is to make gobs of money. Reagan, Bush I and Bush II were all cooperative "front men" for the corporate interests. They were controllable because they were part of the culture.

Enter Gov. Palin who is first and foremost identified with the Evangelists. If she is at all serious about her religious beliefs, she could be trouble for the corporate interest because she might be first and foremost loyal to her religious roots and to her husband. He could wind up being the de facto President.

Why would the corporatist care about that? Because, a religious extremist would likely enact policies that would negatively impact business to the extent that everyone would lose money, including the big corporations.

If my theory is correct (and I'm not at all convinced that it is), the real powers behind the Presidency might be getting cold feet about having a McCain/Palin administration, particularly if McCain were to somehow be unable to continue as President.

If, over the next few weeks, we see more and more negative MSM about Palin and more positive about Obama/Bidden, it will indicate that for whatever their reasons, the "big guns" have bailed on the Republican candidates.

I wouldn't bet my money on that happening. Maybe just wishful thinking on my part.

If the MSM continues to back the Palin effect, and the Republicans continue to rig the voting process, it's going to be very difficult for our candidates to win in November. Just because our
candidates are far superior to theirs still might not be the deciding factor.
