SFRC hearings next week on Georgia/Russia, nuclear India - Dodd presiding

Biden mentioned them in a press release, but I'm assuming he'll be campaigning. I actually think it would be AWESOME for him to lead a hearing on these subjects right about now, but it might turn it into a media circus.

Anyway... Burns appearing at both, not Condi or Negroponte, but Burns may more informative.
