The FIRST and MOST IMPORTANT thing needed to bring real change
And subsequent things:

1) All campaigns to be 100% publicly financed by tax dollars, equally between all campaigns.
2) All campaign ads (television, radio, and other) to a) Have an equal limited quantity between all campaigns and b) to be free of charge, by law.
3) All 527 groups, and any other type of similar organization to be prohibited from any form of advertising.
4) Any campaign ad that includes blatant lies (any lies) to inflict an immediate fine against the campaign running it, per instance.
