based on Anderson's only great story to date (NOLA), he's more likely than the rest of hacks to find out what happened and is happening in Galveston Bay since early morning. Jim Cantore from TWC told us earlier this afternoon that several people are missing.

Still that's a really stupid pose in the water.

17. Some visual effect.
If that is a water moccasin he better watch out, they are aggressive and will attack unprovoked. Sanchez told him the gators live in that water, but they aren't aggressive.

I read the above posts out loud to her. Good laughs. (I did switch over to Fox to see what Geraldo was doing, but I don't think he's on. Hopefully A cooper is standing on his shoulders! LOL.)

20. So far the best part was when the stray dog
walked up to him and was only in 2 inches of water! Cooper had to climb out of the hole to shoo him away, what a joke.

That'll be on U-tube!

21. We can blame Dan Rather for that-
In 1961(?)a local TV reporter, Dan Rather, did a report on hurricane Carla while in flood waters. For some reason this catapulted Rather to the national scene and reporters feel like they must follow his 47 year old move to fame. Really, really, really stupid. I'm waiting for one of these light weight news women to just blow away. Oh! that happened to Geraldo!!!

24. It'd Go For Dropping A House On Him...
I don't wish bad things, but one day someone's gonna get whacked live on the air...or swept over a wall...live on TV...that may be what it takes for these idiots to stay in the studio where they belong. I think most of us get the idea that a hurricane is windy and rainy and leaves a lot of water behind.

Cheers...
