1. Why worry about what Fox does or says? 87% of Fox viewers vote GOP

They are preaching to the converted...

Best not to overinflate the viewerhip or influence of cable news networks The Big Three only average about 2.5 million viewers with about 1/2 of those Fox and CNN and MSNBC splitting the remainder. According to a Pew study about 2/3 of CNN and MSNBC viewers vote Democratic.

Overall then the regular viewers of cable news networks vote about like this:

GOP 1,087,500

DEM 999,500

A difference of less than 100,000 voters out of 110 million.

3. I'm worried too
I was worried in 2004 and not much has changed. I have hope, though, that there is enough disgust over the last 8 years and enough new interest in voting this time around that the anti-Obama media spin will be overcome.

6. I'm not worried
Fox will be Fox. The McCain campaign did a stupid thing when they tried to take on the rest of the networks. Complaining about unfair media has already played out for the McCain campaign and the media is tearing them apart. Free web ads are fair game for dissection and McCain and Palin are being exposed as liars on the air. The networks will still pick apart Obama to be balanced (Fox excluded) but his campaign limits damage control through conducting a disciplined campaign.
