Regulation saved the day
You know the same regulation...

That Saint Ronnie of Raygun railed against.
That Free Marketeers said is ruining everything.
That Republicans have tried repeatedly to dismantle.
That was promoted by those 'crazy' liberals.

The CEOs didn't save the day today, neither did the "invisible hand", and Bush certainly didn't. It was all due to regulation.

1. Please keep in mind
it has to be RATIONAL regulation, enforced by reasonable people; often doesn't happen that way.
