Bragging about my daughter. Again!
Those of you following along know my daughter is in her first year of college and just about once a week I find something to brag about. Of course, this week is no different.

Just talked to her today and not only is she helping to put together her schools first Young Democrats Club, she is also an officer. She is the new Webmaster for the club. Now, they are brand new and don't yet have a website, but she's doing a fine job handling all of the emails.

So take a moment and pat me on the back for raising such a good liberal. Oh yeah, and it wouldn't hurt to congratulate her on deciding to work for the future of all of us.

4.  I love her and I don't even know her. It's for her future and my son's that we do this.
This is their nation to inherit. I love hearing about young people who give a damn. Give her a hug for me.

15. I agree!!! I love all my kids' friends too....
i know they are all individuals but as a group the young people today strike me as smarter and more decent, less self-centered than us boomers. I'm not very proud of what my generation has accomplished.

5. That's fantastic!!! My daughter is just starting college this week
She's joining the Dem club too, although at UC Santa Cruz I would seriously doubt there even is a GOP club on campus or a GOP for that matter, LOL. I was just there moving her up and there are about a million Obama signs all over campus and all over town.
