SNL Season 2008, So Far: Dreadful
Except for the 5 minutes with Tina Fey last week, SNL has been terrible. The McCain bit last night was written pretty good, but the actors executed poorly.

1. Yeah, not funny.
Lame sketches, and poor jokes.

5. I blame the educational system for raising a crop of unfunny comedians
or maybe they're being censored or focus-grouped into unfunniness.

3. Yeah, what happened to the great comedic sketch actors on SNL?
Aside from Amy Poelher, Darrell Hammond (who we rarely see anymore) and maybe Kristen Wiig, I find the rest of the cast boring and uninspiring. Is that the best talent they can find?

4. I started to doze after Kings of Leon (only reason I watched) but was there
a sketch about investigating Palin where mention was made about the father diddling the daughter? Or was that my not so funny dream?

6. Agreed
I watched the painful Cougar Den skit and then fell asleep on the couch afterward.
