Congratulations, Bush!

For most of the past eight years, many of us simply thought you were the worst president ever.

Congratulations. You've now earned the dubious honor of being one of the worst world leaders of all time!

Killing millions of innocent civilians? Impressive, but that's been done many times.

Bankrupting an entire country? Nothing new there either - heck, our own Hoover did that.

But not too many world leaders can claim to have done BOTH.
