What a crock! Senator McCain is suspending his campaign to deal with the economic crisis.

He's not President. He's a senator. One of 100 and one who admits to no economic expertise.

Incumbent Presidents Lincoln and FDR both campaigned in the midst of war as commander-in-chief. Neither ever suggested halting the Presidential election, perhaps because democracy is supposedly what America is all about.

Incredible. One bad Washington Post poll and McCain surrenders. He has disqualified himself

1. Neither did President Carter when he was negotiating the hostage crisis
and Reagan was trying to slow down the release.

3. Yeah. But he McCain made a big deal about suspending it.
So he gets it for lying and not being able to handle a crisis.

4. Sorry if you misunderstood me! (I'm on your side.)
I was trying to point out what a hypocrite McCain is...he's acting "concerned" for the voters...but he's also continuing to campaign!

Bottom line...he's just a big, fat liar!

He can't even tell the truth about "suspending" a campaign for a few days! WOW!
