It's Official: The White House Committed WAR CRIMES!
Rice admitted, in writing, to the Senate, that the White House discussed using torture on detainees.

Included in the written admission are some of those who were in attendence in the discussions, including Ashcroft, Rumsfeld, Gonzales, Addington.

We don't know yet if the discussions invovled the President or the Vice President.

Just announced on Rachel Maddow's show.

Well, one step closer to the truth. Rice has admitted it on paper. It's on the record. We all knew this, but it's official now.

But I'll be the first to send her a house warming gift wherever WITPRO puts her if she helps us take the cartel down.

7. Why? And why now?
It seems she has lawyers backing her up for this.

What started this? It certainly wasn't a sudden attack of guilt. That should have happened YEARS ago.

10. Wasn't Kissinger's advice sought with regards to foreign policy matters
I mean, if Kissinger is giving advice, chances are he's advocating some form of war crime.

As Hitchens so brilliantly put over 15 years ago, Kissinger's health is sustained by being hooked up to a Death Support Machine.

Rice admits Bush officials held White House talks on CIA interrogations

(...)

Levin questioned the assurance Rice said she and other officials obtained that SERE methods were safe. Levin said that contradicted statements from SERE experts who have pointed out that soldiers, unlike prisoners, can order the treatment stopped.

Rice did not disclose who at the meetings, but said that she had "asked Atty. Gen. Ashcroft personally to review and confirm the legal advice" being prepared by the Department of Justice on the CIA's interrogation plans.

Other senior officials who routinely attended so-called principals meetings included then-Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld; Alberto R. Gonzales, then the presidential counsel; and David S. Addington, the vice president's counsel.

The committee submitted similar questionnaires to other Bush administration officials. But Levin said that they declined or refused to respond. Robert Wood, a State Department spokesman, said the department would not comment on correspondence between Rice and members of Congress.

18. They all need to go to jail. All of them.
If Obama doesn't pursue it, it won't matter. The people will. We have to.
