8. The more bread you have
The less shit you have to eat.

That's the secret to a good shit sandwich.

14. Interestingly enough, I hate his guts.
He should not be supported just because he seems to approve of progressive issues. Have you read his strips for any length of time? He thinks every American is a deluded idiot, even Democrats - the only person in the world who has common sense is Tom Tomorrow, and YOU are stupid for not making him Boss of the World!

He's a little egotistical snot, who never had sympathy for another human being in his life, and that makes him less than human in my book. And no, I don't believe that's his "comic persona" - that's him. To switch around the metaphor, let him "intercourse" the horse he rode in on.

16. I like his stuff, too. My only complaint
with him was his really irresponsible treatment of Gore in 2000. He really had a jones for Nader, but any fool could see (or at least, I could see it and I don't consider myself particularly sophisticated) that Gore was a WAY superior candidate than Bush. So, I hope he's learned something. It's ok to dream about candidates that aren't from the big parties, but when the country is on the line, you've got to use your head.
