what should Democrats name bill to raise taxes to cover Wall St. bailout?

Poll question: what should Democrats name bill to raise taxes to cover Wall St. bailout?
I think the money should come exclusively from the top 1% and largest corporations and Wall Street firms who did the damage.

The tax should also recoup the wealth they got from Bush cronyism and tax breaks.

But what should we call it?

As you all have noticed, Democrats are severely retarded when it comes to naming their bills, loving insider acronym's like "SCHIP" instead of "Save the Children" or something like that.

Which of my suggestions is best?
