40% off of the all time high of 14,164 in exactly 1 year.

Possibly worse than 1929 (since we don't know if we have hit bottom yet).

Take a look at the circuit breakers listed on the NYSE website to see what they consider a crash.

Like 10% fall in an hour, 33% in a day, in order to trigger market halts.
