8. Yes, a lot of Franken's donations came from out of state
I imagine that state law would be the final say on that. But I have never heard of it being illegal.

9. Stark County
I have already donated to the guy running against the Stark County sheriff. I want to do all I can to get rid of Sheriff Swanson after all the abuse cases going on there.

Heres one, three teen girls strip searched, on a "tour".

The CantonRep says that this case has been settled???
http://www.cantonrep.com/index.php?ID=435175

As far as I'm concerned this case isn't over until that tape is recovered.
What do they have, some pedophile, collecting tapes of kids being stripped?

HOW can you settle for damages, when you DON’T know what ALL the damages will be!?!?

The probate judge should NOT settle this case until they see ALL the damages that these girls may suffer with that video still being missing.
If it ends up on the internet, $100K would NOT cover the damages, if it was MY daughter!!! (Would it for YOURS?)
And the girls have to live, knowing that the video could surface at ANY time?

Also the staff should have charges pressed against them.
They should have known that what they were doing was illegal.
And according to Richard DeHeer (330-451-7415), it WAS illegal.
What is that they tell us "Ignorance of the law is no excuse".
This is complete BS.

============================================
The Hope Steffy case is another. This is a crime VICTIM that was assaulted by the investigating cop and then by jail staff!

http://www.cantonrep.com/index.php?ID=433316&r=0&Category=15&subCategoryID=0

They try to make her out the bad guy in every story about the case, but if you read the comments, you'll learn a LOT more.
