McCain: telegraphing strategies... WTF????
In the first two debates, mccain chided Obama regarding going after bin-laden in pakistan. The focus of the chiding being Obama is telling "the enemy" what the tactics and strategy will be.

During these debates - mccain emphasized implementation of the "surge" tactic in afghanistan - isn't this "telegraphing strategies"?

a couple of weeks ago, mccain "telegraphed" his campaign strategy of going after Obama's character/connections. Yesterday he "telegraphed" his intentions to bring up Ayers during tonight's debate. He's also "telegraphed" that he will attempt to make the discussion of the economy about taxes, and ignore everything else about the economy.

:wtf:

oh well... that was yesterday's "telegram" and he's probably flipped through several pages by now and changed everything. The only thing consistent about mccain is his inconsistencies.

2. doubt it - most likely more erratic blustering regarding bringing up Ayers
who knows with mccain. he's "shaken up" his campaign, refocused his message, lobbed numerous "hail mary" passes, and twisted the straight talk express around so much it can now be called the pretzel talk express

8. Reactive Vs. ProActive...
Gramps turned his campaign into a circus. He couldn't run on issues so it's had to be distractions...throwing a new curve out every day to try to hope Obama slips up or the corporate media obsesses. His campaign has gone through so many of these games it's starting to catch up with Gramps and IMHO wearing him down. He's constantly telegraphed how eratic he is and tries to pretend he's a great gambler...but every time he's rolled, he's come up snake eyes.

Honestly, I don't think Gramps does much preparation for the debates...he thinks he can wing it and use bullshit in place of substance...and hope his buddies give him the benefit of the doubt. He saw this strategy backfire in the last debate and now he's in a box. If he comes out too hard on Ayers or Wright or anything too negative, he's sure to lose with moderates and independents and "lose" the debate. If he doesn't throw enough meat, he alienates his own disenchanted base who may just stay home on Nov. 4th than be part of the humiliation.

Cheers...
