1. This is a sit-down "debate"? McCain will actually have to look at Obama's face?
or is he going to stare at the table or at Schiffer ...?

3. Nah. He won't. He always says one thing and does the other and usually gets
away with it because few call him on it.

5. I can already smell the flop sweat
Besides, what else has he got in that depleted GOP arsenal? More tax cuts on the capital gains no one is realizing since housing and the stock market both took a dump? More tax cuts for the rich so they'll dole out jobs they have no customers for?

All he's got left is hate, smear, and defame. My guess is that he'll be on the attack, trying to portray Obama as a loose cannon with a secret, Marxist past. I don't think it will work, either.

I just hope Obama can keep from laughing at him. That's the audience's job.

6. McSame is desperate so he just might go there.
I sure hope so because I know Obama will be ready and take him down all while remaining calm, cool and collected. I think Obama will make him look like the angry, desperate man he is!

7. He Might Chicken Out
because so far it has backfired and it also looks out of place with the economic and market news today.

But McCain has a strong vein of pride and confrontation. He might just because he's been challenged, even if he knows it will hurt him.

10. He won't cuz everything he says is a lie.
Including "a", "an", and "the". I will make a recording of canned laughter to play when McFly says something stupid.

11. McCain will throw it out there but then say he doesn't care about it
the way he brings up his POW status but never quite brings himself to say that it qualifies him to be President.

McCain will mention it so that his mouth-breathing base is happy. But then he'll have to come up with a reason for bringing it up, so that the independents don't think he's crazy. He'll probably say it only matters to the extent that it shows bad judgment on the part of Obama or something like that. I'm sure that Obama will be able to explain it thoroughly and put the matter to rest.

12. Either way he is in big trouble.
If he does bring it up to make the right wing nut jobs happy, he will alienate more independents and Regan democrats. If he doesn't he ticks of the nut jobs, and he doesn't want to do that. He can't win on this one.

I am sure that if he does Obama is ready for it, and not only will he defend himself well, he could even go down the road with some of McCains connections to "radical" groups.

I just wonder if McCain will be able to make it through the last debate without blowing his cork!

You have to be careful of what you ask Barack; it's like asking the wrong question of Leon.

14. Obama has McCain's prick in a cleft stick here. . .
If McCain brings up the issue, he will piss people off (he loses the Independents votes for good).
If he does not bring up the issue, he will piss off the base (they'll call him the P-word).

Either way, his prick is stuck (ouch!!)

He knows he can't pull that line when Obama is standing right there, ready to pounce on it and explain just how dishonest and sick McCain's smear is. McCain would actually *lose* the support of a good number of idiots who don't realize that charge is BS.

McCain would look like a bitter, lying, angry old fool and he knows it. He'll keep his yap shut on that point.

17. I don't know if he will use it or not
But Obama doesn't need to pounce on him. I like the way Obama has stayed cool throughout the campaign, how nothing rattles him. He lets McCain hang himself.

I even liked the way Obama and his campaign chose not to use McCain's wandering and strange behavior from the last debate against him in the campaign. It speaks for itself, and Obama can keep the negative attacks focused on McCain's record.

18. Here is how McCain is going to address it
Obama makes questionable decisions such as his decision to have Wright as his Preacher and the sixties radical Ayers as his benefactor. All we want to hear from Obama is the truth about these two individuals. Exactly what his association is with them and what influence they have over him... Is that too much for the American people to ask of a man running for the greatest office in the land of the greatest country on earth?...
He won't mention terrorist or enemy of America only question Obama's decision making and not being truthful about his associations....

Obama will handle it as easily as Palin tells LIES..

If he does he'll get hit back so hard he won't wake up 'til after the election is over.
