Another photo has appeared tonight of JM's tongue. Are these Photoshopped? If not, is there an explanation?

3. They are all real - many of us saw it live.
McCain was trying to be spontaneous and 'playful' with the host and the audience after the debate was over. It didn't go over well. He looked undignified and bizarre.

Eccentricity can play well in the Senate (some of them are pretty strange people) but this was neither the time nor the place for him to make funny faces. It was unpresidential and tone deaf coming off his nasty debate persona.
