A most sincere thank you to Joe...

I mean this with great and utter sincerity Joe.

You have exhibited something that so many others of your archetypical persuasion seem unable or otherwise disinclined to display. Whether it is from an unconscious sense of shame, or the active denial of a dissonant conscience, many of today's self-styled Republicans would never stand up and enlighten the world to the distinctive (and deeply conflicted) paradigm that you, and so many like you, represent.

This is to say... the Truth.

This of course means The Truth of what today's Republicans really are... which, aside from being generally repulsed by the truth or facts of many varieties, is chronically deluded, and ultimately self-destructive.

You, Joe, have summed this up for us all.

I don't just mean for 'us' here on this site, nor am I referring to the "liberal" media that you so felt you could take your case. No Joe... I mean 'us' as in "All us Americans", and anyone in the world who witnessed your grandoise and transparent display of pseudo-indignance and understood its true meaning.

That is 'us'. We who have known for sometime, or, thanks to you, have just now learned what the vast majority of those foolish proles who 'support' the current Republican 'leadership' really are. You have shown us all that all of you are completely snowed into thinking that part of your hard-earned $250,000/year that you have yet to make in your life, and likely NEVER will, is going to go to help some poor slob making the SAME $40,000/year that you are making now better afford a mortgage payment, health care, college for their kids, or any other aspect of the American Dream that you don't want taken away from you.

You have been fooled into voting against your own self-interest because you have been led to believe that you reside somewhere in the same tax bracket as the people who make over nine-hundred dollars a DAY simply because you work hard for a living.

Now, thanks to you Joe, we have a face for that person, and a symbol of the mindless sheep that today's Republicans have become through a combination of ignorance, anger, and the sport's-fan mentality that makes for great mindless supporters of a party of the elite... that 5% that earns over $250,000/year.

There is a single word for such a symbol; "Moron"


And the people that make all that money while you struggle at the bottom rung and vote for their best interests over yours, those same people that program your news, write your papers, and fill your AM dial with talk about how great you are for supporting Republicans, are smiling and giving thanks for your ignorance every day.

But I'll just say 'thank you' Joe, because you just did more than make life a little richer for the richest this time...
