Just called my local Republican office and told them to stop
the robo calling.

Everyone call your local office and tell them that McCain has said to stop this inference and they must stop these calls. They are infalmatory and not American. That it hurts our country and it makes McCain look really bad.

3. They said that since they were the local office they and no
information but that it was part of the campaign process and the the McCain campaign would not lie.

I ask him if he condoned the call saying that Obamam worked closely with Ayers and implied that was a terrorist, esp when McCain says Barack is a good man and citizen. He said he didn't. And that it could have been not from the McCain's campaign.

If you get one it starts with I'm calling for John McCain and the Republican party.I told him this. I asked him to get word to his campaign that these must stop if he thinks it is wrong. I said that I did, and this i9s not what America is about and as well as hurting McCain, it was hurting America.

He said he would pass it on.

4. I called your # but there was no identification so I could not
leave a message. I called this RNC# 202-863-8500 tried to leave a message but after 15 rings could not get through.

Stick with your local office and I'm sure it will reach the top if we all call enough of them.

9. The robocalls would stop at the top of the hour
If the Republicans wanted them to stop. But they don't care if their calls are inflammatory; they're pursuing a scorched earth policy right now, because the loss they're looking at in three weeks is going to be so gut-churningly overwhelming that they don't see any reason to leave anything behind. They're like irresponsible teen-agers when the parents are away for the weekend. They know Monday's coming, but that doesn't stop them from trashing the place all day long on Sunday. If they incite redneck riots, all the better for them to use to talk about how badly the Democrats are running things.

Chaos and bitterness are all they have left. So the robocalls will continue.
