He did nothing to refute the robocall particulars or highlight McCain's hypocrisy and dishonesty, and gave a ridiculous amount of airtime to Bachmann -- while cutting Stephanie Cutter's time to almost nil.

Couldn't Matthews have asked Bachmann how many people were killed by Weather Underground bombings? I suspect we'd have seen something similar to Lynn Westmoreland trying to list the Ten Commandments.
