I love me some Stephen Stills!!


We just got back from his concert in Glasgow. When he sang "Find the Cost of Freedom," I had chillbumps. After the song ended, he mentioned Iraq and said, "But I think it'll be over soon. Mr Obama; he's gonna be okay." (At which I yelled YES!!! at the top of my lungs, causing my poor long-suffering Brit husband to cringe down in his seat a little.)

Then he said, "McCain, he's got a good Scottish name and all, but he picked this woman - what's her name... Sarah Belle - she's Bush in a dress!"

Brilliant!

2. Wife and I saw CSN this summer.....
Fantastic concert, outdoors, a little rain but it was great to hear some of the old stuff live. "I’m flying in Winchester Cathedral" was chillingly poignant.
