I just can't wait until Scooter Libby, Kindasleazy, Rummy and the whole
cabal, ex-members and othewise come out and endorse Obama. Because, as some wise person here at DU said It doesn't make a goddamn bit of difference what you think of Powell these people personally as long as you get his endorsement.

Now Obama is fighting off being called a socialist by McCain.
My suggestion for a comeback:

"I'm no socialist John, I'm a faackin' neo-liberal just like you. Did we not both agree in toto on the bailout of the bankers? Do I not get a goodly amount of my dough from Wall Street? Did I not go to the Straussian (think PNAC and the "Philosophy of Deception") dominated Law school at the University of Chicago where I was a "Senior Lecturer". This program had Wolfowitz and Rummy What kind of socialist would call for an escalation in the Afghan war and the securing of that regions oil? Shit, I topped you there! Peace is for people like Hugo Chavez and the other Latin American leaders of the Bolivarian socialist persuasion. I'm not against the Afghan War I just have a different way of conducting it!"
