Don your tinfoil: "Top international military officials meet in Adirondacks."
SARANAC LAKE - Powerful generals and admirals from some of the most powerful nations on Earth are reportedly meeting somewhere in the local area this weekend after flying into the Adirondack Regional Airport in Lake Clear on Friday.

Among the passengers of a large Boeing 757 airplane with "United States of America" printed on its fuselage were top members of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and their counterparts from France, Germany and another country, possibly Great Britain, according to Barry DeFuria, a town of Harrietstown councilman and Airport Committee member who was there when the plane landed. A top military delegation from Italy flew in on a separate Falcon airplane, DeFuria said.

Town Supervisor Larry Miller, also on the Airport Committee, was also there and confirmed which nations' officials were on which planes, but he said he did not know what kind of officials they were or where they were going from the airport. He said he and DeFuria had to get security clearances to be present and that soldiers were guarding the 757 around the clock at the airport.

It would take another 3 to 5 years to prepare.
They don't even have enough police to manage the crimes we have now.
And there is not a strong enough leader (military or political) to lead marshall law!!!

Take the Trans-Canada Highway to New Brunswick, then maybe catch the 1 and take the scenic route along the coast of Maine. 95 through New Hampshire to the Mass Pike, and then cut over to the Merritt Parkway round Milford.

31. Mohawk Territory
Edited on Tue Oct-21-08 06:35 PM by SpiralHawk
Ancient lands of the Haudenausenee Six Nation. http://www.ratical.org/many_worlds/6Nations/

"The people of the Six Nations, also known by the French term, Iroquois <1> Confederacy, call themselves the Hau de no sau nee (ho dee noe sho nee) meaning People Building a Long House. Located in the northeastern region of North America, originally the Six Nations was five and included the Mohawks, Oneidas, Onondagas, Cayugas, and Senecas. The sixth nation, the Tuscaroras, migrated into Iroquois country in the early eighteenth century.

"Together these peoples comprise the oldest living participatory democracy on earth. Their story, and governance truly based on the consent of the governed, contains a great deal of life-promoting intelligence for those of us not familiar with this area of American history. The original United States representative democracy, fashioned by such central authors as Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson, drew much inspiration from this confederacy of nations. In our present day, we can benefit immensely, in our quest to establish anew a government truly dedicated to all life's liberty and happiness much as has been practiced by the Six Nations for over 800 hundred years."

Roots have spread out from the Tree of Great Peace, one to the north, one to the east, one to the south, and one to the west. These are the Great White Roots, And their nature is Peace and Strength.

If a man or any nation outside the Five Nations shall obey the laws of the Great Peace (Kaianarekowa), and shall make this know to the statesmen of the League, they may trace back the roots to the Tree. If their minds are clean, and if they are obedient and promise to obey the wishes of the Council of the League, they shall be welcomed to take shelter beneath the Tree of the Long Leaves.

We place at the top of the Tree of Great Peace an eagle, who is able to see afar. If he sees in the distance any danger threatening, he will at once warn the people of the League.

58. Wow!!! I am part Iroquois and proud of them. Teddy Rosevelt created the UN
using their philosophy in the early 1900s.

But mind you, all these groups were fighting amongst themselves for years until
they finally they chose to meet under " this one tree".

This also follows the philosophy of the economist John Nash as the Movie "A Beautiful Mind" portrays his life.
Using a group of representatives to resolve problems withstands all, as opposed to individuals
to resolve the proplem on there own agenda that creates shortfalls and more problems.

Thankyou for the articles.

U.S. and Russian military chiefs meet in Helsinki

HELSINKI (Reuters) - U.S. and Russian military chiefs on Tuesday met for the first time since Russian forces crushed government troops of America's ally Georgia in a war that has strained relations between the two countries.

The U.S. embassy in Helsinki said Navy Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, met Russian General Nikolai Makarov, head of the Russian general staff.

An embassy spokesman described the tone of the meeting as "cordial, but candid."

19. My guess: The U.S. 4th Fleet in the Caribbean is about to manufacture a
"Gulf of Tonkin"-type incident with the Russian/Venezuelan naval forces that are doing maneuvers there. This could be coordinated with a fascist uprising in Venezuela's state of Zulia, on the Caribbean, where most of Venezuela's oil is. Zulia is also adjacent to Colombia (Bush Cartel client state, larded with $6 BILLION in U.S. military aid and rife with rightwing paramilitary death squads). The local Zulia fascists could declare their "independence" and invite Colombian military and paramilitary forces, and possibly U.S. special forces and mercenaries (Blackwater) across the border to help them fight a civil war against the Chavez government, which would be supported by the newly reconstituted U.S. 4th Fleet (now roaming off the coast of Venezuela).

The Bushwhacks could thus try to secure Venezuela's oil, with which to dominate the Caribbean/Central American region, cripple Venezuela, and disrupt formation of the new South American "Common Market," UNASUR, as well as throwing the leftist democracy movement in South America into chaos. They also may want to teach Russia "a lesson."

These "first world" countries (mentioned in the OP) are all hurting badly by the new attitude in South America, led by the many new leftist governments, which has just about evicted the World Bank/IMF ('first world' loan sharks) from the region--that's a lot of European and U.S. investor profits that have been scraped off the backs of the poor in South America--and is also rejecting 'first world'-dominated "free trade," the presence of the U.S. military in their countries and the corrupt, failed, murderous U.S. "war on drugs."

These are all money sources to which the global corporate predators of the U.S., the U.K., France and Germany, are addicted: World Bank/IMF loans; predatory "free trade"; easy access to South American's rich natural resources and cheap labor; and the "war on drugs" military/pharmaceutical boondoggle.

They would all like to see the South American leftist democracy movement stopped. Venezuela has landed on it feet in the Bushwhack financial 9/11, because of the forethought of the Chavez government--for instance, its saving $40 billion in international cash reserves--and its allies and neighbors are being cushioned as well. Venezuela has helped many Latin American countries out of ruinous World Bank/IMF debt, and is supplying low cost or barter oil to many poor countries. Venezuela's idea--and that of most of South America now--is economic/political integration, cooperation, having each other's backs, and pursuit of common goals such as social justice, local control of resources and of development finance, and regional infrastructure development.

The U.S., Europe and the World Bank/IMF want to regain control of South America's resources and economies, and prevent these ideas from spreading further into Central America (and here). Imagine a president who fights Exxon Mobil on our behalf--and uses oil profits to benefit the poor! Our global corporate predators don't want us to know that that is possible, and they want to kill its growing success in Venezuela and other countries.

This may also be a plan to sabotage the Obama administration, from day one, with a new, in-progress conflict--Oil War II: South America (much as the CIA and the Miami mafia tried to sabotage JFK's administration, in his first months in office, with their invasion of Cuba).

These "first world" generals may merely be gathering to WATCH Russia in the Caribbean. But there is quite a lot of evidence that the above war scenario is an actual Bushwhack war plan, and it makes a great deal of strategic sense, from their point of view.

I think it's also likely that Chavez--who must protect the northern flank of the new South American "Common Market" (Zulia), because the common defense, that Brazil has proposed, is not yet in place--invited the Russians to naval maneuvers in the Caribbean as a warning off, aimed at the Bushwhacks in their last months in office. Brazil and other countries regard the U.S. 4th Fleet as a threat to their oil reserves as well. This action by Chavez was likely undertaken with the knowledge and consent of other South American leaders.

The recent Bushwhack-instigated trouble in Bolivia--a white separatist movement (these fascists rioted, machine-gunned unarmed peasants, sacked government buildings and blew up a gas pipeline, just a few weeks ago)--may have been a rehearsal, or test case--or possibly a planned distraction--for a similar fascist secessionist plot in Zulia, Venezuela. The president of Ecuador has stated that these fascist secessionist schemes are coordinated, and are targeting his country, as well as Bolivia and Venezuela. He has pledged to kick the U.S. military out of the Manta, Ecuador, base, early next year, when its lease expires--and Ecuador just passed a new Constitution, with nearly 70% of the vote, which requires the U.S. military to leave. Ecuador borders Colombia to the south, and could be swept up in a general conflagration, thus restoring global corporate predator control of the vast oil and other resources, in a wide region that stretches across the "hump" of South America (Ecuador, Colombia, northern Venezuela) to the Caribbean.

Could this be why the Bushwhacks and their Corpo/Fascist 'news' media have expended so much hot air on demonizing Chavez as a "dictator"--and demonzing both Chavez and Correa as "terrorist-lovers"? (Neither thing is true.) Psyops campaigns like that are not done for no reason. A lot of thought, money and effort goes into creating "enemies" where none exist. That has certainly been true in the case of these democratically elected and hugely popular presidents (Chavez, 75% approval; Correa, 80% approval).

Ecuador's pending eviction of the U.S. military early next year could be setting the time-table for this war. The Manta base is very important for U.S. spying on these countries, and as a strategic location for military actions against them.

43. Yep, Peace Patriot, that about sums it up. Don't it make you proud to be American!!
Right about now I'm wondering if Obama is really as anti-Chavez as he has let on to be. I certainly hope not.

The other possibility is that a military action in SA would not only stop Chavez' oil from flowing as well as break up his alliance, but it might also be used to strengthen McCain's hand. McCain still ranks a good bit higher with Americans as the most competent to be a wartime leader. If a shitstorm descended on SA with American military might on display it might turn enough voters toward McCain to allow the Repukes to steal ANOTHER ELECTION.

Now, while I have my tinfoil hat tilted jauntily to one side, here's another possibility. Remember that infamous "international banking cartel" we've all heard about from rumors about Bilderbergers and the Trilateral Commission? Maybe this most recent financial meltdown, quasi-nationalizing of U.S. banks, and much-ballyhooed European banking turmoil is all the signal for the final takeover of . . .

Oh, never mind, that's even too far-fetched for me.

23. a yearly meeting?
from the article:

Security was tight at the Whiteface Lodge and Resort — the site where the military leaders were rumored to have stayed, though the resort would not confirm that.

Kirby confirmed that Sir Graham Stirrup of Britain’s Royal Air Force, German Army Gen. Wolfgang Schneiderhan, French Army Gen. Jean-Louis Georgelin and Italian Air Force Gen. Vincenzo Camporini took part in the two-day meetings.

He said the meeting is an annual event that is rotated amongst the countries.

60. Most likely in nearby Lake Placid.
The site of the 1932 & 1980 Winter Olympics.

There have been several posh resorts located in and around the village for years and years now.

No Gov't facilities that I'm aware are located in this area.

The airport's runway was expanded in 1979, to accomodate incoming flights for the 1980 Winter Olympic Games...

Both Clinton and dumbya flew into this area in the recent past.

62. Caspian oil, yes, but the natural gas is the plum everyone is talking about
Russia, Iran and Qatar took their first serious steps toward forming an OPEC style cartel for natural gas. Russia and Iran have no LNG export terminals. T. Boone Pickens is squawking, and wants in on the same game. I believe he's looking to put South America natural gas into play (specifically Bolivia which has no sea terminal, either).

Natural gas it the fuel of choice for the near future and demand is skyrocketing. Expect to hear more about LNG ports on the west coast. Arnie wants one in California, and T Boone wants to build it so he can deliver cheap South American natural gas to the west coast and sell it a market price.

All cartels are destined to fail if there isn't a strong market, and the players stray from the script.

So What Were Top Military Commanders From The US and Europe Doing at the Trudeau Institute?

Last Weekend the top military brass from the US and Europe met together in Saranac Lake NY.

http://www.adirondackdailyenterprise.com/page/content.detail/id/503035.html

So? You may well ask

Interesting article I thought, but my ears really perked up when i was contacted by a member of the David Icke Forum, Lovelitious, who provided the following information.

'Well, on the 1st October 2008 Bush signed into being the Consolidated Security, Disaster Assistance, and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2009 (H.R. 2638), which includes $1.6 million in additional research funding to support a joint program between scientists at the Trudeau Institute and the U.S. Navy to develop a pandemic influenza vaccine.'

http://trudeauinstitute.org/dynamicPages/pressReleases.cfm?action=view&listingID=118&ID=100&navTable=tier2nav

The Trudeau is also located at Saranac Lake NY

The Director of the Trudeau Institute is Ralph Steinman

Ralph M. Steinman is Henry G. Kunkel Professor at The Rockefeller University and a senior physician at The Rockefeller University Hospital, is a cell biologist whose research focuses on the immune system including the human immune system in the setting of several diseases.

On October 1st, the same day that Bush activated the 1st Brigade domestically, the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services released a disturbing "Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act":

Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Secretary

Declaration under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness ActOctober 1, 2008

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: Declaration pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public HealthService Act (42 U.S.C. 247d-6d) to provide targeted liabilityprotections for anthrax countermeasures based on a credible risk thatthe threat of exposure to Bacillus anthracis and the resulting disease constitutes a public health emergency.

The threat of a bioterrorist attack has been long in the minds of both the European and US leaders and has formed the basis for many a Joint exercise beetween the US and Europe.

2002 Bioterrorism exercise in Oklahoma city

NOTE the names SAM NUNN and JAMES R WOOLSEY for future reference

Named ' DARK WINTER'BIO-TERRORISM - COMING SOON TO AMERICA?

It was just a drill, but play-acting of a germ warfare attack this summer showed how many ways the nation (the USA) is not ready.

The enactment went as follows:Patients with a mysterious illness began appearing at Oklahoma City hospitals in early December of 2002, with fever, weakness, malaise, and an aggressive rash which in two or three days developed pus. Except for the other symptoms they could have been severe cases of acne.Soon the small number of initial patients grew to 20; others sprouted across the state as well as in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Most living practicing physicians have never treated a clinical case of this mysterious disease, which fit no current pattern of development, defying differential diagnosis. Days later the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention made the diagnosis: smallpox. It is a disease not seen in the United States since 1949…and not in the world since 1980. It is an extinct malady. Its only vestiges are two small cultures held in labs in the United States and Russia. This is certainly an intentional, engineered outbreak of the disease…bioterrorism!
By the end of the month there were projected to be 30,000 cases nationwide. In the weeks before the outbreak, tensions were rising between China and Taiwan. An outbreak of foot and mouth disease on Taiwan was devastating the swine industry; some blamed China. Iraq had begun moving troops toward the Kuwaiti border, claiming its action to be routine exercises.

So began Dark Winter, a bioterrorist exercise that played out over two days this summer at Andrews Air Force Base in Washington, DC.

Sam Nunn, former Democratic senator from Georgia, played the president; David Gergen portrayed the national security adviser. R. James Woolsey replayed his one-time real-life post as CIA director. Frank Keating, the governor of Oklahoma, played himself.

The exercise was sponsored by several think tanks, including the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies. It was designed to simulate what many experts say is highly likely: a biological weapon attack upon the United States. The exercise exposed numerous shortcomings in how government and the nation's health care system are equipped to deal with such a crisis.Hospitals don't have the beds or staff to care for the sick in the event of a "surge" of bio-terrorism victims. There is not enough smallpox vaccine - or any other vaccine - to immunize the nation.

Finally, the exercise exposes "fault lines" and "disconnects" among local, state and federal officials, leaving many of them to ask: Who's in charge?

Dark Winter pinpointed the serious lack of smallpox vaccine. There are 12 million doses of smallpox vaccine for 275 million Americans. Sam Nunn told lawmakers afterward that "That's enough for one out of ever 23 Americans…. Who do we decide to vaccinate?"Certain moral issues were raised by it as well. In his role as president, Sam Nunn refused a request from the governor of Oklahoma for enough vaccine to inoculate everyone in the state. His function, he said, was to conserve the supply and lookafter the interests of the entire nation. Of course, as Governor Keating pointed out, "Vaccination cannot stop the spread if you don't have enough of it."Other concerns include police, firefighters and other local emergency personnel who lack the necessary training and equipment to handle a bioterrorist attack. Emergency management personnel don't have the tools to determine that there has actually been such an attack. "We have a fragmented and under-funded public health system - at the local, state and federal level - that does not allow us to effectively detect and track disease outbreaks in real time" Keating said.

This is not the first such simulation that has been practiced. Last year the Department of Justice and other federal agencies simulated chemical and biological attacks in Washington, DC, Denver and Portsmouth, NH. In Denver, bubonic plague was the chosen biological weapon. The hospitals quickly became overwhelmed and antibiotics and ventilators were soon in short supply.

There is increasing likelihood that the catastrophes portrayed in such exercises will become reality. Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld has said the bioterrorist threat is "quite high," with nations such as Iraq, Iran, China and North Korea building the weapons. The US renounced such weapons in 1969 and started destroying stockpiles. There has been some progress against such possible attacks. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP) has contracted with a Maryland firm to produce 40 million doses of smallpox vaccine. A senior adviser on bioterrorism has been appointed to Tommy Thompson, Secretary of Health and Human Services. But Sam Nunn asserts that more has to be done - and quickly. "In the evolution of warfare, arrows were countered by shields; swords with armor; guns with tanks; and now biological weapons must be countered with medicines, vaccines and surveillance systems."

A right neoconservative bunch i am sure you will agree!!!!

Now to the Atlantic Partnership which i mentioned before linked to Sam Nunn and Pierre Lellouche

This has to be one of the Premier organisations in terms of NWO/Neoconservative involvement

So why are all these key players in the NWO and neoconservative movement sponsoring exercises in Biological terrorism?

In 2005 the USAF released a paper on Quarantine during a Bioterrorism attack

Black Ice was again funded by the Alfred P Sloan Foundation and the NTI

In Mid 2007 The National Center for Disaster Preparedness conducted a poll within the Framework of 'The American Preparedness Project' titled 'Where the US Public Stands in 2007 on Terrorism, Security and Disaster Preparedness'

Executive summary link below

http://www.ncdp.mailman.columbia.edu/files/NCDP07.pdf

To me the most interesting bit is the Confidence in government part which may indicate how such a Bioterrorism attack may be roled out to the public'Confidence and Trust in GovernmentAmericans trust the CDC to give them accurate and reliable information (84%), and that doesn’t vary much by race, gender, region, or politics (nor has it varied much over the years). In contrast, only 63% of Americans polled trust FEMA to provide reliable and accurate information, less than a mayor (75%) or the sheriff or police commissioner (82%).The least trusted source of information is the president at 49%, with more Americans trusting a TV medical correspondent (71%) to give them reliable information.Confidence in President Bush has declined steadily, from 65% in 2003 to 49% in 2007. By comparison, confidence in the CDC ranged from 82 – 84% over the same time period. Most Americans would be persuaded to prepare for a public health emergency if instructed to do so by the CDC (86%) or their regular doctor (87%). Other less influential sources include the sheriff or police commissioner (83%), the mayor (78%), FEMA (75%), and a TV medical correspondent (69%)'.

In October 2007 Department of Homeland Security conducted TOPOFF 4

http://www.dhs.gov/xprepresp/training/gc_1179350946764.shtmhttp://www.who.int/global_health_histories/seminars/paper02.pdfhttp://www.gao.gov/new.items/d02129t.pdf

Another similar exercise Interpol in Dec 2007--Exercise Black Death

http://www.interpol.int/public/ICPO/speeches/SGBioT20071203.asp

In January 2008 the Los Alamos magazine produced a paper named ' To Kill a Killer-Targetting Anthrax'

http://www.lanl.gov/news/index.php/fuseaction/1663.article/d/200801/id/12333

The Los Alamos Laboratory has also developed a system called BASIS which has been rolled out accross the country

http://www.lanl.gov/quarterly/q_spring03/basis_text.shtml

So here we are just before the elections in the US, The bottom dropping out of the economies in both Europe and the US, McCain floundering in Obamas wake, and the government in need of another terrorist attack to postpone the elections and declare martial law and give the green light to an attack on Iran by the joint forces of Israel and the US

And there are the joint chiefs of staff from Europe and the US at a secret meeting at a biological research facility run by a Rockerfeller associate which produces vaccines for Asian flu amongst other things.

World depopulation is also on the global elites mind and has been for years

Would they pull another 9/11?

They wouldnt dare do that , would they?

(Many thanks to Lovelitious from Manchester for the inspirational link)
