The oldest person-named-"Cindy" - the wingnut gossiper for the MURDOCH NY Post - who swims both sides of the cocktail circuit, friends with BOTH the KERRYs *and* the PATAKIs (whew!1 Got it all in!1) ----------first spent 1/4 of her column describing how OBAMA's entry went from a couple of paragraphs to fourteen pages. Then she griped about HER entry (below). What's so outrageous and hurtful about it?

.... Wikipedia's chairman and founder Jimmy Wales told me how authoritative is his operation, which is basically sourced by a ragtag assortment of contributors.
"A core group vets it, tries to lock down articles or anyone making an outrageous claim and usually has a secondary source. There are controls. When it's edited for the first time, the community will monitor it."
I told him my own personal listed information is factually incorrect and I can substantiate its inaccuracies with legal documentation.
Totally unfazed, he said, "People should use it for background - not as their primary source."
I explained the misinformation on my site is not only outrageous but hurtful.
Even more totally unfazed, he said, "Sometimes those sorts of things can be posted by someone who doesn't like you."
He ultimately agreed to a re-edit.
That was two months ago. He did nothing.
So much for the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in icky Wiki.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cindy_AdamsCindy Adams (born April 24, 1925) is an American gossip columnist and the widow of comedian Joey Adams.
Born Cynthia Heller in New York City, her mother, Jessica Sugar, divorced her father when she was a year old. Her mother worked as an executive secretary in the NYC water department, and was a single parent until her remarriage to insurance agent Harry Heller. Cindy Heller grew up on Washington Heights and Jamaica Estates. She left Andrew Jackson High School at the age of 15 without graduating (she was academically qualified but the principal refused to graduate her unless she learned to sew). She began to work as a photographer's model in Manhattan, meeting her future husband, Joey Adams, a year later when they appeared on the same radio show. <1>
