$54 Million Lawsuit Over Lost Pants back in the news.
What the fuck?

This is not a case about a pair of suit pants," Roy Pearson told the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Instead, he said, it is about whether the owners of a neighbourhood business misled consumers with a sign that read "Satisfaction Guaranteed".

Mr Pearson claims that Soo Chung, a South Korean immigrant who owns the Washington, DC business with her husband, Jin Chung, lost a pair of trousers from a $1,100 blue suit in May, 2005, then tried instead to give him a pair of gray trousers he said were not his. When he demanded she pay him the price of the entire suit, she refused

1. I think they should give the man a suit
And they should have done it right away. Having said that, the judge is a dick.

2. Agreed.
The man is entitled to a new suit.

He's not entitled to anything more.
