2. This is not new or news.
The yellowcake in question had been inventoried by the IAEA and was under their seal. It did not form part of a program, it had been in Iraqi hands, and known about, for a long time. Yellowcake does not constitute a WMD, it may be part of the feedstock for WMD.

5. They are stupid people
Led by talk radio hosts who haven't the brains of a rusty nail.

They have rephrased to question so as to get the answer they want. The issue was never whether there were materials that could be considered WMDs within the borders of Iraq. The issue was whether Saddam Hussein had WMDs. Saddam had nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Everything else is moonshine. In fact, if one of those clowns tries to use that phrasing trick on you, please correct them before it goes any further. As another poster said, it was well know that there were materials under seal in Iraq for years. But Saddam couldn't use them. That was never an issue.
