ok, first off, a few things. This is from a wrestling site, I don't know much about Jesse the politician, also I don't think that the US has reached anything like the Nazis. But I do have to agree that we are certainly headed in a direction I'm very disturbed to think about. I do also have a lot of hope, I'm confident Obama is going to win big and be able to lead us where we should be going.

Obama is going to win for one thing...

...but it is easy to see the same sort of societal dynamics that preceded the Nazi rise to power. The nationalism... The degrees of fascism... The fear of one class of people...

Clinically it is interesting to observe. Practically it is frightening. Optimistically, most Americans will vote a way that keeps it from taking root.

3. Jesse is one of Howard Stern's best guests. Ever.

He lives in Mexico using alternative energy sources. He hates the dishonesty of today's administration. He wants everything from JFK to Plame investigated and prosecuted. The guy is the truest form of Independent I have heard speak. I thought he was just a Repug in diguise, but after hearing several interviews with him, I'm convinced he's the goods.
