"Joe" the "Plumber" gives Ingraham a scoop: he may run for Congress!

'Joe the Plumber' has said that he wouldn't mind making a run for Congress in 2010.

Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher, of Holland, told Laura Ingraham, in an appearance on her show Friday, that he may consider running for Congress in the Toledo-area district. He would challenge longtime Representative Marcy Kapture (D).

Wurzelbacher told a producer that his comments were his first public words of consideration of a bid for Congress. He said he agrees with Kaptur's vote against the bailout and showed his support for a flat tax on income.

'Joe the Plumber' has risen to fame after Republican Presidential nominee John McCain referenced him during the third and final presidential debate. Wurzelbacher approached Barack Obama with a question during a campaign stop in his Holland neighborhood days before the debate.

Joe is just being used. Once the election is over Republicans will drop him like a hot potato.

He thinks he's part of the good old boys club now, when in reality he was only invited in the building to serve drinks.

Before its over, all he'll have left is his the unemployment line, and a line of government agencies looking to collect their tax liens and fines.

If he hadn't spoken out against Obama, I would almost feel sorry for him.
