Shumer is on now. Another hero of mine.
I think Jon detests Cheney as much as I do. And that's a lot. Cheney really is evil and worthless. He won't answer questions. He doesn't believe he has to. Even though he works for us. He's been totally wrong about Iraq from the start. We'll be greeted as liberators. The insurgency is in its last throes.
He's the ugliest face of the GOP. He's oozes entitlement and nastiness.
Plus, as a father he's been complicit in a party that demonizes his own daughter and he doesn't have the stones to stand up for her and castigate those who insult her. Add coward to his list of faults.
And then he admonishes me, the mother of a Marine on his third tour in Iraq, about having the "stomach" to stay the course in Iraq. Right. I should take that from a man who broke a record for deferments during Viet Nam. He had "other priorities."
What an ass.
