While NEVER hesitating to deride New York and New Yorkers.

Sarah Palin made another comment about where she usually shops isn't 5th ave. No matter what the fucking issue is, they never hesitate to criticize and mock New York and New Yorkers. Yet, when it comes to using our tragedy as their fucking platform, they don't hesitate.

ASSHOLES.

1. Assholes?
Naw, they're not that complex.

Hicks, I'd say. Frightened, intimidated, spineless, jealous hicks.

3. It's all smoke and mirrors for them, and nothing worked better than 9-11...
...until now.

New York will be the perfect place to celebrate our country's new beginning ('course I never need an excuse to go to NY)!

7. its using new york as an essential symbol in their divisive campaigning
where new york is the elitist, homosexual, deviant, unpatriotic, american blaming fake americans. small towns and what not are ofcourse where the real america is.

5. What pisses me off more
is some I've heard who use 9/11 to discourage people from voting for Obama. The whole mindset is "*Those people* attacked us, do you want someone who looks like *them* running our country?" Some of them honestly think Obama is an Al-Qaeda mole. They probably think all Asians are to blame for Pearl Harbor and Virginia Tech, too.

6. To compound your resentment My Friend
an excellent case can be made that bush and his kind let 9/11 happen for the advantage of those with conservative values. To ensure the attack was a political "victory" so to speak, in Rovian terms. That's turned out oh so well.

I invite those lurkers with conservative values to offer refutation. You can't, ergo you won't.

17. In fact, a very compelling case can be made...
...for much more than passive complicity on the part of BushCo. A slam dunk case can be made for active participation of our very own corporate media:

9. I totally went off on a freeper who did this one day.....
I grew up in NY and had friends in those buildings. I now live in NC and a freeper said to me one day "don't you remember 9/11?" (We were arguing about the war.) I asked her if she'd ever been to NY. No. Ever been to DC (where I also lived for a few years)? No. Ever been to PA? No. Did she know anyone killed that day? No. She bore the brunt of every single freeper who ever made that argument......I doubt she ever did it again.

13. I Love New York City !
My favorite city in this nation !

You know ? ... I have never understood WHY Democrats ever stood by and let the GOP gain political currency from 9-11 ...

We WERE attacked on 9-11-2001 .... We had a President and Congress in power

The President was named George W. Bush

The party in power was the Republican party ....

We should ALWAYS point out "We were attacked when the Republican party governed - THEY failed to protect our nation"

They should bear the burden of responsibility ... NOT Democrats ...

15. My office is next door to where the Twin Towers were
I walked home in a suit of soot.

Most of the neighborhood firemen was killed. Three boyhood friends, scores of acquaintances - killed because of Bush, the CIA, the ISI, AQ and all their fucking blow-back friends.

You are absolutely 100% right. I REALLY resent it too.

16. We were attacked on 9/11 precisely because Bush had been installed into office
by friends of his father on the Supreme Court.

I know it ticked me off. I can barely imagine how ticked off Bin Laden must've been.
