There may be a price-war going on in Burleson after the opening of a new QT.

9. Great! I was wondering what the prices were like there because
I am about to move my parents from here to Moorseville beginning Tuesday and the price of fuel along the way is a concern for us. I am pleasantly surprised and delighted that prices have come down as this move has drawn closer.

11. And the groceries that all went up when gas went up...
have they gone down?

I paid 2.79 for gas the other day, but the pasta that I used to pay 1.25 for is still at 1.89. :eyes:

12. Because of our great leadership in Keller?
Or Southlake?

North Texas is a special place. Nearly every day I read in the Star-Telegram that we're not affected by the economic downturn like the rest of the country. And judging by all the gated upscale subdivisions they're building around here, it's easy to see the basis for that belief.

15. Price war?
I heard on the news the other day, that in Burleson there was a price war going on between two stations. Around me it seems like gas is around $2.35 at all the stations.
