49ers want Secretary Rice

I thought this was an onion article.

"Per Schefter, the 49ers’ ownership believes that Rice would make a great team president and that she would be likely to help them get financing for the new stadium they want.

Rice was already planning to return to the Bay Area when her work in Washington is finished. She previously served as provost at Stanford."

She actually knows quite a bit. I remember at one time there were rumors of her working high up at the NFL when this administrations time was up.

7. Reading this article

I would say she knows more about football than 98% of the guys I know. I would rather have her working in the NFL and doing someting she is good at than staying in politics.
