LOL, I know that they went right to the head of the line because of security, but I bet they would have loved it, especially Biden.

1. What do you mean by that? Why "expecially Biden"?

You got something against Biden?

2. You're kidding right?
Biden would love standing in line with people for an hour just shooting the breeze. I love Joe Biden, he was my pick before he dropped out.

4. Hell no I'm not kidding. Who are you to belittle our VP candidate?
Edited on Tue Nov-04-08 09:28 AM by ThomWV
You belittle him with your comment which implies he is some sort of prima donna who lives for celebrity. He is not that. He is one of the finest politicians and statesmen in our Government, more qualified and experienced than the man he runs with, and way better than the comment you made about him - so no, I'm not kidding a single bit.

5. I think you may have misunderstood the original post
I think MiniMe was implying that Joe wouldn't have minded chatting with the voters while waiting in line, perhaps in contrast with our current VP who loathes the common man.

6. Thank-you, that is exactly what I mean.
They say that Joe loves to talk to people on the train on the way home.

7. You misunderstand me
I was saying that I don't think he should have had to wait because of security concerns. But I can see Joe loving to stand in line with the people and just chatting, not because he is a Prima Donna, which he certainly is not, but just because he is Joe. Joe the VP. Who is the realest most down to earth man on the Presidential ticket this year, followed closely by Obama.

3. I think Joe just really loves jawing with the folks and would have welcomed the
opportunity. That's what I think MiniMe meant.
