But, But, But would you support it if we could assure you success?

It is like they are desperate to find something good for Bush so they have to suggest that they might be able to be assured it would be successful even though they have no evidence it CAN be successful.

29. It took long enough, but, it's been well worth the wait.
I hope it dips lower after the SOTU. However, it could also be that they dropped it intentionally, just so that the polls could reflect a jump upwards, afterwards.
