9. It Has...
There was a South Park episode that not only used the word "fuck" but had a counter on the screen. Comedy Central never bleeped it. It's done as a matter of network practices, not mandated by the FCC. In their eyes, cable is "closed-circut"...not sent over the public airwaves...thus its totally self-regulating.
