Smuggle Cocaine into the USA and make it dirt cheap by freebasing with baking soda and calling it crack then distributing it to people that are in a hopeless situation then launching a national drive to arrest and convict on felony charges mostly in black neighborhoods. it is to continue to put more soldiers into Baghdad. Civil unrest is going to eventually be directed toward our occupying soldiers, and then it won't just be a civil war and some insurgents making trouble--it will be the average Iraqi on the street turning on us there.
