7. You only need the 218 NO votes in the house.

The appropriations bill for the war has to pass both chambers. Either chamber can kill the bill simply by failing to pass it. The Senate, cloture, Dumbass's veto, none of that matters if the House has the simple courage to vote NO to this war.

8. Why does the House have to provide any

appropriations bill that funds the war? He turns it back to them. They turn it back to him with a colossal tax hike to pay for the 350 billion already spent on the war.
