I've watched Law & Order quite a bit, so that should make me more than qualified by Bush's standards.

5. Speaking of Law and Order, I'd nominate Jack McCoy for the job
Hell, Sam Waterson could probably do a better job than Gonzales.

6. The pay IS pretty good...
But are you SURE you're willing to spend most of the next two years of your life...working for DUB? Remember, right now he's in "preserve legacy" mode, so he's willing to try anything...that's ANYTHING...to do that. Of course, if you're there, maybe you could guide him in such a way that he'd at least think about doing SOME of those things Constitutionally...

Oh, well, one can always dream...:eyes:

B-)

7. Hey! Me! Me! Over here!
I've got a Juris Doctor (that's Doctor of Jurisprudence)- standard law degree, best described as 90 semester hours of HELL.

I don't have a license to practice law, but that doesn't stop Bush appointees.

Everybody in law school has to take Constitutional Law, but it just doesn't stick to some people. They forget completely the cases they studied, like a certain person not fit to shine Thurgood Marshall's shoes, on the Supremes. The one that said he never read Roe versus Wade.

I remember stuff about the Constitution. It has this stuff in it about amendments, and branches of government, and what the states do and what the Feds do, yada yada stuff...all that jazz from the 18th century about inalienable human rights and all that radical stuff......duh
