2. Let me say this...
Ever since the Democrats took charge of Congress, these Congressional Hearings have been real smack downs! It sure is as good if not better than ANY sporting game on TV. I watched this early AM the Hearings of yesterday on Global Warning. It was Chaired by Waxman.

3. Correction: the hearing is at 9:30 AM.
Expected to be a 2 hour hearing; that's where the 2:00 comes from.

It's on C-Span 3, and a webcast from the house. http://judiciary.house.gov/
