he was on the Toady Show last week and Mutt asked him "what will be going through your mind as you attempt this?".....the guy gave Mutt a :wtf: do you think look and said "that I make it across the gorge".

3. I was there!
It was cool - we were about a 1/2 mile from the bridge, along the rim of the gorge, and we heard this loud whoosh, and then he popped up and flew across. Seeing it in person puts his death-defying act in perspective - it was 1100 feet straight down if he messed up!
