3. Nadler 'eats her lunch' --testimony of Gen Counsel to FBI.....

She says they go back and get a National Security Letter when they obtain the confidential records from the phone company on 'an emergency basis.'

Nadler points out that numerous records were obtained that no NSL has been issued to cover. She then says that is the policy NOW.

So you get caught, make up a policy today, and argue that past failure to live up to the new policy was merely an oversight. ..... Right.
