Did Condi talk to Obama before she talked to Bush about the Attacks ?

on CNN i think Zain Verjee said something about how Condi Rice was talking to Obama and keeping him updated about what is going on. and then she said something like "she also just talked to Bush".

i don't think Bush is acting as President anymore. he will do things like the Turkey Pardoning but nothing about real issues that matter. remember how he was pretty much off the scene when it came to the economic problems.

i think he might be drinking more than usual also.

3. True--he has other lines of communications. But that said, there's little chance he'll act on this.

I fully expect Bush to just pass this problem onto Obama as well. He's simply not doing his job.
