Kucinich--Impeachment: I'm asking you. Do you think it's time?

My fellow Americans. We are in an interesting condition in this country, where we are told to take impeachment off the table and keep on the table a U.S. military attack against Iran.

This really calls for a new thinking. It calls for us to reconsider very deeply the moment that we're in -- where our Constitution is being trashed, where international law is being violated, where our hopes and dreams for the education of our children, for the health of our people, for housing, for our veterans are being set aside as we go deeper and deeper into war.

We need a whole discussion in America. And with your help, we're about to have one.

This past week in the Congress of the United States, I noted that the administration has threatened aggressive war against Iran. This is a violation of the UN charter. Charters are treaties. Article 6 of the Constitution of the United States says that treaties are the law of our land, the supreme law of our land. It's illegal to threaten aggressive war against another nation.

i think bush should be brought up on one or two counts at a time.

Then if the Senate Repos refuse to convict, we just do it again with some more counts. bush can become the first president impeached multiple times. Even if the Repos refuse to convict.

It's about the rule of law more than about whether the Repo Senators will vote to support the rule of law.

9/11 Truth is the issue that will bring Bush down.

In the fall, Loose Change 3 will be released. I believe (though I haven't
confirmed) that fact-checking is being done by Dr. David Ray Griffin, an expert
in logic and the science of knowledge; the production is being bankrolled by
Charlie Sheen; and the film is scheduled to be shown at Cannes.

Rep. Kucinich said he would organize 9/11 hearings in September. The nature
of these hearings is still up in the air, last I heard.

October, November, is the time for impeachment.

I say we impeach him and not Bush, because the country only gets worse if only Bush is impeached.

If we impeach Cheney, Bush appoints an unimpeachible Vice President,
and then Bush can resign to pursue his evangelistic interests when
the going gets tough.

Bush must be impeached or else his imperial executive powers
will stand for every President in the future.

The only chance for Pelosi to ascend is if Bush and Cheney are impeached
together, and their defense is so cocksure and arrogant that they decline
to appoint potential successors.
