Executive privilege versus OUR privileges!!
It has reported on the news that bush will offer Miers and Rove to testify, but NOT under oath or with transcripts. bush says that private conversations between him and his advisors should be able to be keep private. What about the REST OF US??? Our phones are tapped, our library records searched, our credit card purchases analized, our e-mails read by the FBI!! How can this fly? Our Democrat leaders MUST reject this offer. Damn! It stinks!

She's one of mine, and she's on Judiciary.

This is real deja vu to Watergate. However, in US v. Nixon, the Supreme Court ruled he had to turn the tapes over. There is precedent on our side, but with this Supreme Court...?

However, it'll be a huge battle unless the Dems cave. They'd better not. :mad:

put em under oath and grill the stuffing out of em.
