With the exception of Kucinich, aren't these folks more Center Left?

Obama has capitulated to them in just about every way possible. And pssssst, he is not a "liberal." I know 'cause I am one. For example, I would never have kept Gates since I would have cleaned out the pile of shit at The Pentagon since they have been embedded there since Raygun and Bush the first began the holy war on the Constitution.

I sure do wish Obama'd make a strong stand in favor of gay marriage. And I don't like it that I've heard he's thick with medical insurance companies ...

I'll admit that I'm a newer liberal -- so maybe I'm still ignorant of what it really means, huh? I do wish politicians didn't have to "go to bed with" certain lucrative interest-groups (like insurance companies) to get elected.

And maybe they wouldn't have to, if we'd switch over to public-funded campaigns, and make it illegal to use any private funds. I'd be all in favor of that. Do you guys think something like that is what needs to happen, before we can have truly liberal politicians actually getting elected?
