Pretty stupid to list his name in the phone book if he is indeed a war criminal.

We have three "Hitler, Adolf" in our white pages and one "Mussolini, Benito".

3. For a second I thought that you meant here in the US
I've ran into a couple of unrepentant Nazis that made it to the US. A surprising number of them came to live here after the war.
