5. If you're too poor to afford Medifast to reduce weight after the holidays, couldn't you just
trim the food budget and accomplish the same thing, as well as kill two birds at once? Lose weight, save money.

Just wonderin'.

6. Not all holiday eating happens at home
Food is offered in so many places, I imagine it is quite easy to take in too much.

I'm glad to see someone has contacted the OP and this stuff will be sent to one who could use it. Tis the beauty of DU.
