"Improper" words can subject a member to censure.

I would like Rep Taylor to address him by his nickname, "usual waste of air and space." The man is a true idiot!

What he said was the truth. I couldn't have said it better myself. His words hold gravitas being as how he is the rep from Mississipi. Tom Price is a greedy callous asshole. I'm ashamed that I have family in Georgia.
