Legal definitions needed.
Okay, between what's going on in Wall Street and the political world, can someone explain the differences between the following terms, and if there are any special statute of limitations that apply, and who has the legal authority to bring charges?

Fraud
Conspiracy
Confidence Job
Breach of Fiduciary Responsibility
Wilful Failure to Know
Gross Negligence

1. Depends on jurisdiction, stte limitations etc.
fraud: a: deceit , trickery ; specifically : intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right

conspiracy: An agreement to perform together an illegal, wrongful, or subversive act.

Gross Negligence: An indifference to, and a blatant violation of, a legal duty with respect to the rights of others.

fiduciary: One who must act for the benefit of another party.

2. Assuming that those in the know on Wall Street can claim
stupidity and greed, but not any of the above, do you think we have seen enough to contradict them?
